Pediatric Movement Disorders Series: Thyroid and movement disorders

"Pediatric movement disorders are a constantly changing field of pediatric neurology that requires us to stay current. Many of the children affected by movement disorders suffer from a rare disease, which causes them to receive a late diagnosis due to the unawareness of these disorders. Certain neurological disorders, such as NKX-2-1-related disorders and the Allan-Herndon-Dudley syndrome, can exhibit prominent endocrinological features. Attendees will learn about the movement disorders associated with these diseases during this webinar. Similarly, advancements in our understanding of the pathophysiology of Allan-Herndon-Dudley syndrome, as well as the clinical practice guideline project for NKX2-1-related disorders, will be discussed"
